Following the retirement of Haim Huller, Director of the Claims Conference Israel office for 25 years, Chen Yurista has been Director of the Israel office since early 2006. Chen was born in Israel and previously served as Director of the Foundation for the Benefit of Holocaust Survivors in Israel. He has been with the Claims Conference for over three years. As Co-Director of the Swiss Deposited Assets Program, Chen has worked intensively on behalf of survivors and heirs whose Swiss Bank Accounts were looted or have remained dormant for over half a century.
