Grants for Organizations

  • What We Do

We support organizations around the world that provide essential social services for Holocaust survivors, and who understand the priorities in their communities and how to address them.

We work together with our agencies to develop strategies to keep Holocaust survivors healthy and fed, to deliver care in their homes, to bring them social opportunities, and to apply for compensation payments and government benefits.

For 2017, the Claims Conference made grants totaling approximately $392 million to 243 agencies and institutions that assist Holocaust survivors in 45 countries.

The Claims Conference also provides grants to organizations for programs of Holocaust education, documentation, and research to ensure the memory and lessons of the Holocaust are preserved for current and future generations.
