The Claims Conference Ethical Guidelines and Practices were approved by KPMG, auditors of the Claims Conference. The Guidelines provide clear rules regarding disclosure of relevant affiliations and recusal from relevant decisions. Supervision of the Guidelines is carried out by the Legal Counsel.
The Claims Conference allocations program is operated according to strict ethical principles.
