Recruiting Specialist

We are looking to round out our Human Resources team with a Recruiting Specialist who is customer-centric and process-oriented. You will have the opportunity to build strong business relationships across organizational levels. The ideal candidate is a dedicated team player and organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your inquisitiveness, sense of ownership and exceptional communication skills will enable your success in this position. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes while ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external clients;
  • Liaise with staffing agencies and build networks with local colleges/universities to establish talent pipelines;
  • Maintain databases and complete staffing-related reports to support data-driven efficacy;
  • Ensure employee files are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures;
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as needed from a fully integrated team member.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting;
  • Required proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and preferred experience with search tools (i.e. ATS, LinkedIn);
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a keen analytical aptitude that you apply to your problem-solving capabilities.
