Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for an entry-level Junior Business Analyst to join our global IT team, based in our NY HQ and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. You bring to the table experience in identifying trends in data and excellent project management capabilities. You have a strong sense of ownership and your organizational skills enable you to excel at managing multiple and/or changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and organizational goals.


  • Assisting in the preparation of project materials for analysis, documentation, and planning of projects;
  • Analyzing data on operational processes;
  • Performing quality checks and testing of new services and products;
  • Optimizing business processes and systems to align with organizational objectives;
  • Monitoring progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions;
  • Managing resources across multiple projects including tracking resources and forecasting availability for new projects;
  • Providing project and operational support to IT, including centralized procurement and invoice reconciliation process.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite;
  • Keen analytical aptitude that you apply to your problem-solving capabilities;
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative;
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
