1. Priority in funding the development of educational materials and curriculum is given for the following:

2. Generally, educational materials developed partly with funding from the Claims Conference should be available on the internet. This requirement will be applied on a case-by-case basis taking into account, for each grant, copyright issues, effectiveness of such publication and the financial implications.

3. Funding for traveling exhibitions should include support for accompanying educational material.
