In the agreement, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg committed to pay a one-time payment to survivors of the Shoah who are living in or were persecuted in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The agreement provides a total amount of EUR 1,000,000, to be distributed equally to approved applicants. The agreement designated the Claims Conference as the entity responsible for administering the fund and distributing the funds for the eligible survivors.
